I've tried repeatedly to contact GOG. I have issues with a game but it doesn't seem possible to talk to an actual human. Email will be fine. In fact, it would be preferable, as it would give us both time to consider our responses.

I dunno for sure, but I've asked the AI and it says that Lord_Kane's avatar is some Japanese elf called Flare Shiranui. I didn't enquire further because I don't watch series of any kind in general. Anyway hope it helps dude, but take the info with a pinch of salt as it's AI after all.

As others have already suggested:
click on Support --> Game Technical Issues --> then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Contact Us".

There you will be given an opportunity to state your issue via a chatbot.

If you enter your email addy at the appropriate point, someone will contact you via email.

Mind you - the first email will most probably be some automated reply, saying that your request got received.

It can take up a few days (though for me, the human answer came within 24 hours) until a human staffer will contact you, and ask for more details, or (best case scenario) offer a solution for your issue, already.

Got it, I actually watch vtubers myself as well, but mostly Nijisanji EN (because they're really unhinged), as for JP, I just watch whatever videos I find to be funny (be it Hololive, Nijisanji, Vshojo, or just any other independent vtubers), although not as often. And I only watch clips, as I don't usually have the time to watch their livestreams. Anyway, I actually thought she was from a fighting game series or something lol, like the high contrast in colors reminds me a little of the color palette used in Street Fighter IV.

the only Nijisanji I watched was Suzuhara Lulu, but she graduated, but yeah my oshis are Flare, Lamy and IRyS incase you were curious.
