Now, as for the profile:

DeadFishEye was a normal man who, fed up with the corrupt ways of modern society, took his fishing boat and gear, and decided to start a new life in the middle of the ocean. Unfortunately, one day a powerful storm caused the boat to crash and sink. He managed to survive though, and woke up the next day on a deserted island.

But there was something wrong with him. He was unable to see from the part where his left eye was. To his horror, he found out that during that at some point during the crash, his left eye got pierced! He started to scream in pain, and desperately looked for something to tend to his eye. It was then when he saw the on the coast, there was one of the fish that the man catched while fishing.

A combination of fear, pain and desperation lead DeadFishEye to do something unthinkable: He took an eye out of the fish and inserted in the orifice of his face where his right eye used to be. And after that, his body started feeling weird...

Maybe the fish was tainted with nuclear waste. Maybe the fish was of a strange species not known to humanity. Whatever it was, the fish eye suddenly transformed DeadFishEye into a horrific creature. A humanoid with the features of a fish, who conserved it's sentinence and also gained the ability to transform other sea creatures into sentinent humanoids like him...

With this newfound power, he now has a propose in life:
To create a powerful army to overthrow the decadent humans, and to give birth that way, to a new glorious world order! (So yeah, he's a villain. :P)
