Edit: I guess helpo1 also needs an origin story. He is in a permanent war with 1helpo, another character with a similar set of superpowers from Slovenia. They each consider themselves the superhero, and accuse each other of being the villain.

E-Caesar-100 is an android created at the height of the cyberpunk renaissance of late 22nd century. Appointed an officer against violence by the city council, he fights against injustice. But he uses not only his physical might, but also his excellent deductive capabilities to solve dark mysteries.
