Strange that both shots are from "Level 1" but the brick arrangement is so different though...
Well, anyway, I'm going to take a break from all these DOS games for something a little more modern:

Yeah, didn't really know what the difference between them was, so I chose to omit the HD.

That looks like a mix of low and high res graphics there, with the super shotgun from Doom and the wall/floor/ceiling textures also from Doom. But that's not Doom. :S

I think it is Amiga game, I have seen the screenshots of it, but I can't remember the name...
Edit: Yep, I found it - Fears (proof)

Well, weapons are just 2D sprites separated from the real-time 3D. Classic for a shooter of that time.
