Not in (don't use Steam) but thanks anyway.

As for "real" gods, some of the Norse patheon are pretty awesome. I especially like about them that (except for Baldr) they're all a little shady and have some skeletons in their closet.

My favorite from those would be Freyja (from the Vanir, but living in Asgard). Goddess of love, sex, beauty, fertility, riches, seidh (shamanic sorcery), war, and death. All you coud ever need. Also she has a carriage pulled by two cats and can turn into a falcon.

From the Greek patheon it's hard to choose - I like ecstatic gods like Pan or Dionysos but there are numerous others that are awesome too. But if I had to pick one, I'd choose Persephone, goddess of the underworld and vegetation. Why? Because many years ago I stood in front of a statue of her in Berlin. This impressed me deeply - a masterpiece. In front of this, I really had the impression of a goddess looking at me - attentive, well-meaning but also strict and no one to mess with. The statue used to be in the Pergamon museum but some year ago they put her somewhere else. None of the pictures found by googling do the experience justice, but here's one.

Not in but thanks for the giveaway!

DubConqueror: I'm not really that active usually in giveaways, but now that I've bought the Triumph&Larian bundle on Humble Bundle, I've got steam keys for three Divinity games, that I already own twice (Divinity II on Steam and GOG, Beyond Divinity on Gamersgate and GOG) or thrice (Divine Divinity on Steam, Gamersgate and GOG - with popular sites in ascending order).

So with all those gods running rampant, I give away Steam codes for:

Divine Divinity
Beyond Divinity
Divinity II

1. tell me for which game you're in,
2. tell me which god/God in your opinion is the most awesome
3. do so before it's 20:00 on wednesday in Amsterdam, that's 24 hours before the sale on https://www.humblebundle.com/weekly ends, so you'll have time to buy it for yourself if you don't win one of my gifts.

As for why they're steam codes, that's the only thing I can give away if I follow humblebundle's rules.

As I'm an atheist, all gods to me are imagined, so I won't discriminate between 'real' or imagined gods, established, bygone or fantasy religions, just tell me:

"Which god is the most awesome?" and win your own steamy divinity!
I edited my post, I am not in anymore.
I'm in. Beyond Divinity! :D Well.. there's so many from Greek mythology. I'd have to say Helios, not to be mistaken for Apollo :) There's many more interesting ones, but hey, it's the sun after all. Thanks for the awesome giveaway!
Thank you for your generousity, DubConqueror! +1

Not in.

Fitting the criteria of 'steaming yet humble' is the Flying Spaghetti Monster. Fresh out of the pot of boiling water, yet not asking for adulation.
Khorne is surely the most awesome of deities. Blood for the Blood God! Skulls for the Skull Throne!

Though, the blind idiot god Azathoth and the previously mentioned Sithrak are also good contenders. ;)

(Not in, but +1 for the generosity! :) )
"There is only one god, and his name is Death. And there is only one thing we say to Death: 'Not today'."

I'm in for Divine Divinity! Thanks!
