If your body is male or female, then that's what you technically are, no matter how you may see yourself. If you get it changed, then great, you are something else - but I don't care if people were one and are now the other, or halfway there, or consider themselves an alien from deep space or a figment of the universe's imagination. How does this really have any bearing on anything outside their circle of friends anyway? Preaching to the choir, and that's pretty much how "TransWoman" summed it up anyway.
