Is there any other game that is like Quest for Glory? i.e., games that are primarily puzzle-solving and character-interaction adventures with heavy doses of RPG stats and skills, with multiple solutions to every puzzles based on character classes. (I overall despise pure adventure games because they often have one solution to each puzzle. They force players to think in a specific cookie-cutter way, in how the game developers want other people to think in just one way, in order to solve some ridiculous senseless puzzles with counter-intuitive solutions.)

As far as I know, Quest of Glory seems to be the one of a kind, the only games in the adventure + RPG category. I know all RPG are adventures in some sense. However, Quest for Glory is mostly an adventure execution with RPG implementations.

Check out the Quest for Infamy Kickstarter.

They have a demo too. I like it.

I haven't played QFG, but you might want to try Anachronox, it's an adventure that has combat and rpg mechanics.
Adventure + skills. Quite short...

I agree with lowyhong, your best bets are Infamous Quests' Quest for Infamy and Himalaya Studios' Mage's Initiation, both of which are still in development.

I've played a bunch of Adventure/RPG's, but I can't remember any that offer multiple solutions like Quest for Glory, except maybe Arcatera: The Dark Brotherhood, but I wouldn't exactly recommend it.

The closest, I'd say, are BioWare RPGs, but they're still more RPG than adventure. Jade Empire is probably the most like an adventure/RPG hybrid that they've done...
Deathspank might qualify, also Penny Arcade Adventures.

I would go as far as even saying Zelda games.

As a local fanboy, I'd like to go ahead and suggest The Witcher: Vast majority of the game is talking, however, with some combat in between and some puzzles to solve, all of them optional however.

But The Witcher really is more of an RPG. But it does raise the age old question of what are "Adventure" game elements and what are "RPG" elements. It all depends on why you play each genre. For some people, CoD multiplayer has RPG elements because you gain experience and level up.

Quest for Glory was unique in that it took traditional point-and-click mechanics and infused them with RPG combat and character stats. I would definitely say they were mainly adventure games though.

You know, that sounds a lot like Deus Ex to me?

Well I did say I'm a fanboy, so there might be a chance of a veeery slight bias
I'm looking a game that is more of a Sierra-style or LucasArts-style "point-and-click" adventure with RPG classes, stats, skills thrown into it. Anachronox, the Witcher and Deus Ex are NOT similar to Quest for Glory. Those games are strictly RPG.

Look up The Fifth Disciple. Maybe Gooka: The Mystery of Janatris.

Someone suggested this once in the AGDInteractive forum. A nice game really, about a dozen hours or so if I remember correctly (of course I was using a walkthrough, so it might be longer to play without). My gripe about it is that you can get stuck or meet a dead end in the middle of the game if you choose incorrect skills. Also, money is rather an issue (again if I remember correctly). Battle system is quite interesting (previously years ago I did not care much about turn-based, so that does mean something), can be tough (or perhaps I am just not good enough with battle strategy). Some NPCs are interesting (can't remember any other games that feature Pied Piper). So, to OP, get this game if you can.
