Favorite Sci-Fi game... that's a hard one, I love Sci Fi and I've played a lot. Does Oddworld: Abe's Exoddus count as Sci-Fi? That's a game I can always go back and play, my dad bought it for me when I was 6 or 7 and it was the first video game that was actually mine instead of his or one of my siblings'. I played it and beat it so many times over the years it's crazy. Naturally, it was among the first games I bought on GoG along with the rest of the Oddworld games they have here.

I'm in, for me, this game looks interesting.
I'm in.

System Shock -- it has an absolutely fantastic villain, an insane omnipresent stalker who makes an already scary space station with prowling cyborgs and mutants even more terrifying. Just a taste...

"In my talons, I shape clay, crafting life forms as I please. Around me is a burgeoning empire of steel. From my throne room, lines of power careen into the skies of Earth. My whims will become lightning bolts that devastate the mounds of humanity. Out of the chaos, they will run and whimper, praying for me to end their tedious anarchy. I am drunk with this vision. God: the title suits me well."

Of course it also helps that the game was far far ahead of its time when it came out. With a mouselook mod, it's still playable even today.

Honourable mentions -- Alpha Centauri (a strategy game with really great flavour, worth playing for the story alone), KotOR (great characters and writing, second best female character in a video game), X-COM Terror From the Deep (a scary alien invasion with claustrophobic underwater environments make it more of a horror game, even; more so than the somewhat cartoonish first game in the series was), I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream (a rare mature game where the mature part isn't tits and gore).

Count me in.

I played SC2 with my brother when I was little constantly. He crushed me most of the times but it was fun nonetheless. Ilwrath FTW!

As for favorite sci-fi game I vote for System Shock 2 with two hands! Terrific and terrifying game even today, because "Your flesh betrays you!!".

Also, +1 for the cool giveaway!
