I forgot to stress it in the comments' section, but seriously, you guys HAVE to add PaySafe. Just think about it, Steam uses it... Let more people throw money at you already! :D

Other than that, keep up the good work.
arkania doesn't look very interesting, but i filled it out anyway :D
I would love to see a place where I could pay cash to obtain a physical card for this site, akin to the steamwallet card that gamestop sells. Love the site though.

Squirrel_Empire: Technically my computer is 6 years old, but I checked 1-3, since all the current parts inside of it are much newer. When you have a PC long enough, you just keep upgrading it, and eventually you no longer have the same PC. In fact, after I upgraded the tower, I no longer have a single part from the original computer, I'd even upgraded the OS. So... should I have checked off an older option, or were the parts inside the computer the important part?
I had the same problem. My computer is 7 years old, but thinking about it, there is not a single thing remaining, so yeah, I definitelly chose bad answer. Hm, I thought there is at least one thing left but now I realised I removed the HDD recently.
GOG, change my answer please. ;-)
Would be nice to have an inventory, like you do on Steam, where you could keep extra copies of games until you decide to hand 'em out.
I wish the best for gog, it's a great option and it's on the right track, it just need more support from developers and just in some cases better prices, even though new stuff is always great remember that the good old games are the stars of the show now give us blood omen 1 and pre-paid cards so I'm able to buy all the legacy of kain series will ya! XD I wish you guys the best in life...CONAN STYLE

A fairly good list of questions, but the main reason for me is that I am a games designer/researcher/reviewer and GOG promos are a good way to get up to date on various gaming mechanics, especially in genres I don't normally play. I tend to bulk-buy most of my purchases for this very reason - the promos mean I am essentially getting additional games for free beyond what I'd normally get for a given game.

Sorry, forgot to add this in the comments, but what about bringing some things that Steam has to GOG? Like a Mod Workshop, automatic game updates, saving game progress to a cloud... Just wondering and no prob if it isn't doable to implement. When given the choice, I prefer buying from GOG. :-) I was just wondering...
Don't mind me,just checking how long I've been registered for

Telika: I expect lots of realm of arkania giveaways on 18th september.

Not interested in the game, and was looking for an option to answer the survey without clogging my backlist with more undesired free games (just not filling the email would have done it), but then i thought that someone else may want it as some point, so.
Did you get a code or was it automatically added to your account? I really don't want it either but I'd do the survey.
I don't care too much about the free game. What I really want is GOG to start using prepaid cards like Nintendo's point cards and Sony's PSN cards. Would make it easier to buy stuff if I could go to Gamestop and purchase a GOG prepaid card to buy games with.
Google checkout should be added as a payment method. It is convenient and the one of the best online payment methods.

noooo, please do not Steam-up GOG, doesn't need most of what Steam has, features mostly for currently developing multi-player stuff. I absolutely hate Steam's auto update, pop on to play something just to get blocked by a 1GB update. Leave any kind of patching to a plain ole patch file that can be downloaded separately. And GOG is already your game cloud, lose a game file you own, just download it again.

I choose GOG because it's NOT like Steam.
I would still love to see Amiga games released on GOG.com. There are so many fantastic titles for that platform, which deserve to be released again. Games like It Came from the Desert, or Utopia, or D/Generation, to mention a tiny fraction.
