It is quite easy the link in the tag ["url= http://*****";] ["/url"] (in the place of asterisks) should be identical to that between the tags.
P.S. I inserted the quote marks so you just could see the tags - you can remove those).

Steam is an application and digital media distribution service made by Valve. Steam power is much akin to the girl power the Spice Girls pioneered as it has swept it's chosen medium like wildfire and nowadays many games require steam. Some people love it, some people hate it with a passion.
Turbine is best known for creating Asheron's Call and Lord of the Rings Online and are part of Warner Brothers. They're currently no on steam sadly.

The UN doesn't really help any countries in crisis. They simply write very passionate letters to the leader of said country in crisis and sternly ask him/her to stop hurting people. Or they station themselves in a very poor African country and do what they like there because there's almost law in the land. Please see some the Vice travel videos about Africa to see what I mean.

Well, I know what you mean, But Lets keep the to topic and not get into politics
So The question is

Should Or shouldn't The united states Or the united nations keep countries in crisis, And why
Give 3 Reasons why they should do that.

Or you could always do that one about steam.
If the UN should help other countries in crisis,
Now, I am afraid there is a slight misunderstanding here.
I have studied at a school, which was very much pro-UN, and even had a chance to meet the UN Secretary General (Mr. Boutros-Boutros Ghali) and even was allowed to ask him a question. Now, obviously we had been taught about what UN is/was at that time (1990s) what it does and does not.
One of the most common critique one heard at that time towards UN was the following - it is nothing more than a council, which writes papers, makes resolutions, about which no one cares and so on. In other words, already in the 1990s UN was regarded as a mere council of representatives with very little real power. That does not necessarily mean UN is powerless, but that points out its flaws.
The organization itself is perfect for promoting certain things, raising awareness about certain issues, influencing public opinion and so on and so forth. But in the end it will always be up to the governments of the member countries to make the real actions. And they in turn will only do something, if they find it "useful" or even "profitable".
Now, what UN "could" do (and certainly "does") is write memorandums, pacts, resolutions, agreeements, try to stimulate governments to act in certain ways and so on. But that stimulation alone would not be enough. Thus I would not put this question the way it is posed by the OP, I would rephrase it this way.
Should UN (the organization) stimulate its members to help countries in distress?
The answer for me is "yes... and no".
The "yes" part comes from the obvious common trends the world is facing today. Economics, social life and politics of the countries become more and more interdependent (look at EU and Russia, for instance, or EU and USA). The latest financial crysis has shown how one country's problems can influence everyone else. Wall Street problems spread across the world as plague. And it is no-one's fault really - it is just the way things are. Cross-country investments, mutual economic dependencies in the production-purchase cycle and other things like that casue everyone to feel the pain of others. And hey it is a good thing - this means less actual military conflicts as those affect EVERYONE (the looser AND the winner alike). Also if somewhere situation becomes too drastic the floods of refugees cover other countries - take Italy, France and Africa for instance. Italians are overwhelmed by the illegal immigrants and France feels that pain too - when they travel illgeally within EU across borders. Thus we are indeed in the need for global stability.
The "No" part is much more tricky. Different countries are in different situations. They have different traditions. Small example - Northern Europe has very small corruption rates, while Southern Europe (some countries) have them very high. So what happens, if you just give the money to, say, Greece? That is right - their politicians steal everyting and common people continue to suffer. So, IF the help is delivered, it really has to take into account just exactly HOW it should be made - not just mindlessly throwing the money at other countries. Instead of making the situation worse rather than better for everyone.
By th way, here UN could play a really good role as place for mutual consultancy and working out the policies of HOW the help should be delivered. But so far, unfortunately, I do not see that happening - represntatives just follow the simple "good old" "throw in money, send the troops" ways of "helping". And that is not really helping.
Phew, I am out of breath, but I tried to give a profound answer to the question.

Sure. Anyway I do not think there is a "right" answer to that question. That was merely an opinion (the one that I have been working on for many years, though).

It's ok. It just came off the top of my head and I thought it might get a laugh. I don't care about winning anything.

Good luck everybody.
