Fever_Discordia: IIRC it was removed around the time that some hidden objects game based on XIII, made by someone else was released so I guess their contract with the XIII comic publishers removed Ubisoft's rights to sell their game...

That´s really hard!
Does somebody know whether the retail-version had "Disc-DRM" or not?

Edit: Amazon Reviews said it doesn´t---so I´m currently evalutating to buy this one...

I would say buy the disked version, and even if it has DRM you can just download a noCD "patch" from somewhere like gamecopyworld which will simply bypass it. I did that with my STALKER series.

I always thought that this game was an underated classic and the IP rights holders are the worst type of people for holding back this game from the public.
