Yeah, I played the first 3 levels or so and it really is as terrible as they say it is in the bad reviews. :) I still plan on finishing it some day just to hopefully see the funny stuff the trailers show, but the game is pretty terrible. Bad enough that Running With Scissors removed it from their own store and has a web page telling people to not buy the game, plus they added content to Postal 2 where you can find a copy of Postal 3 in a junkyard in the game and if you piss on it you get some kind of bonus. That's bad. :)

I'm just glad I clicked on a game with a name like "Z" and it didn't turn out to be Yet Another God Damn Zombie Game.

No I've never played it but I know its crap compared to the second one.

Also, it turns out that development for Postal 3 was going pretty smoothly, they had a good and experienced team working on it but due to the funding issues or something like that, those guys had to leave. They had another team but, though they weren't as experienced. RWS was going to cancel the the develop of the game there but they carried out and this is what you get now, POSTAL 3.

But then again, I've some people say its pretty fun of game but then again don't expect much compared to POSTAL 2.
