I think the used "user.ini" file is located in :
C:\Users\Username\Documents\Witcher 2\Config

Check lines in User.ini, they may looks like about this :

MaxTextureSize=2048
MaxAtlasTextureSize=2048
TextureMemoryBudget=300

Don't think this will help in your case, but try ^^

If that doesn't help, there is no other option than uninstalling your video drivers, remove all registry entries and remaining files with a software like DriverCleaner, and reinstall the latest version of your drivers.

Before that, try completely unistall the game and reinstall it, as there may be a possibility with corrupt .ini files...

all of you guys thx
this is it. I marked it at solved.
I made a mistake earlier when i changed the wrong user.ini in the wrong folder.
I followed this path from ferris and indeed there were 2 things not right. Atlastexture at 0 and texturesize at 0. How this is possible, i dont know.somehow this configurator or how you call it doesnt change a thing.But after i changed it like you guys said, i had a pretty nice orgasm when i looked at the ingame graphics. THANKS so much to all of you.
Hiya, everybody.

I can't see how goodlookin' is my old Geralt this time. I can't trespass the options screen: don't matter which option I choose (tutorial, arena, game...), the graphics of my W2 doesn't run. For my desperation, sound DOES work ok. Very sadic, indeed.

I have updated drivers and tried everything in my options menu and my Catalyst Center.

Is there any witcher there to beat this monster? Thx.
