OK .. I wrote this already somewhere else, but no response.Maybe here then.
I have these graphic issues like weird colours, misty something with my ati card.
Im sure it has to do with this great CCC. But im running out of options. I tried every solution what was given here few times and i came so far, that i have now graphics like 1999. rough, no fine tuning etc. it looks just poor and no fun to play the game anymore.
AA off is aniso off too ... yaa maybe somebody can help.
btw other games no problem at all.

Yeah a screenshot will help a bit. I think there was something in another thread about the rage or beserker mode not turning off properly. Try meditating.

What video card do you have? I am running an HD 6870 with the latest Catalyst drivers on Vista 64 bit without any grahpical glitches.

and system works with a hd5670 latest cat and actually a brandnew fresh os

Go into the CCC and put AA on application controlled. I know you said it was off, but I wasn't sure if you meant in CCC or in the games options menu.

I have a 5770 and I use the 10.10 drivers. I find they work best for my card.

yes thx but i meant in ccc and it is already on application use. so thx anyway still unplayable
What is your OS?
Did you send those in to CDPR? I have a weird laptop ATI card that didn't work with the game, and they fixed the problem in 1.1. Yours might be fixed in 1.3 if you send the pictures + info about your set-up.

What the f**k..

Run the game with ultra or high settings, and check if the game runs properly...!..also set Texture memory usage to medium..

The game looks like, it has not streamed mesh/textures/effects properly..

No i didnt send anything directly to cdpr so far cause i hoped it can be fixed here and yes i already tried the different settings. all on ultra, all on low, ubersample on/off shadow low/high etc alot of possibilities and nothing. the game is running smoothly on every settings always at least 30fps. Only thing what changes is, when i change something in ccc. then i get this colourfog or just some weird something.With aa off i have at least this 1999 graphics. so....i still dont play it ... .... i wanna break something.
What You've got Mipmap Detail Level in ccc set to? Should be High Quality. The only way i can reproduce sort of that graphic is by setting this to High Performance. Its not as bad but looks sort of familiar then.

Got it. Reproduced same graphics by lowering TextureMemoryBudget in User.ini from 1000 to 10 !! Check what You've got there.

Edit: not only this, lowering MaxAtlasTextureSize from 4096 to 40 affects textures on the floor that way. TextureMemoryBudget affects rest of textures.

Ok, and lowering MaxTextureSize from 2048 to 20 works same way as TextureMemoryBudget, changes everything except ground textures.

You meant the user.ini from bin/configuration/user right?
I did what you suggested. Changed the parameters, saved it, checked if its saved, started the game and still the same bad look. dammit....

naahh ok now i tried it to put it like you said. to 1000 to 4096 and 2048 but still no change.
i had indeed different settings there.
My fault i thought you ment putting it down to what you said, but then i saw you said reproduced.so anyway even after i got that no change visible.

But that must be the issue, somehow. That game is not using enough video card memory for storing textures.
