Pacific Rift was arguably the BEST in the series IMHO in terms of graphics, setting, soundtrack, content, and multiplayer. This game right here would look absolutely AMAZING at 4K60 FPS or at the very least 1080P60 FPS. I remember playing some multiplayer games here. This game was very fun but also challenging once you started getting up there in the end game races, I remember there was this one race where all of your Opps were in monster trucks, and you were forced to use a motorcycle (absolute crazy work there lmao). This game on GOG if the multiplayer servers were somehow revived would absolutely slap for the motor storm community and newcomers who have never played these games before.
I would play this game every chance I got when I was a kid. I would play this game all the time by myself or with my brother. This game is literally my childhood.
Easily one of the best and underrated offroad racing games Sony and Evolution studios ever produced. The tracks, the Hawaiian scenery, and iconic vehicles all make this game a masterpiece that was adored by fans but not by Sony. If Sony remastered this or any game in the series, i bet you a million dollars it would give Gran Turismo a run for its money. Let alone Concord 😭

As close to an objective improvement as a sequel can get. The core identity of Motorstorm is kept completely intact, even with an entirely new locale, more nuanced boost mechanics and the inclusion of an additional vehicle class. Perhaps the most underappreciated addition this game brought, however, was being able to customize the entire field of racers for each race in single player. 1 bike versus 15 big rigs on a track that favours the latter was but the tip of the iceberg in experimentation. There were so many different scenarios you could create for fun, or to challenge yourself. Handling was much improved over the original too, as well as split routes within the tracks, so every vehicle class has a reasonable chance of winning. A thumping licensed soundtrack and challenging AI cemented Pacific Rift as one of my fondest gaming memories, never mind racing games.

Juiced
JuicedJuiced is a racing video game for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 2, Xbox, and mobile phone. The game was delayed for release in 2004 because its original publisher, Acclaim, went bankrupt. Juice Games and Fund 4 Games retained ownership of the property and sold the game to THQ, who funded the project for a further six months of improvements. In early 2006, British software publisher Focus Multimedia re-released the PC version of Juiced at a new budget price as part of its "Essential" games series. The game offers different modes including career and arcade that present the player with challenges of increasing difficulty. The player can customize the car to suit their style and unlock new ones in arcade mode. The game features nitrous boosts, similar to that of other racing games. Juiced went to number one in the United Kingdom MCV sales charts and its first version sold 2.5 million units.
