I wasn't expecting there'd be much during this year's E3 announcements that would have me excited, but I may have been wrong. Other than the very likely reveal of the next installment of Wolfenstein later tonight there's already two others I'm stoked for...

Ori and the Will of the Wisps - The first game was the some of the most fun I had with a platformer in recent years, and I'm definitely excited for a sequel.

Cuphead finally has gotten a release date. I'm looking forward to finding out more about its current state.

Not sure what the likelihood of either of those coming to GOG is... still. Do you guys have anything on your radar that got you feeling all warm and fuzzy?
Metro Exodus - Nice. I kind of missed this in the initial shuffle. The Metros are my favorite FPSs of the past decade along with Wolfenstein TNO.

Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus - No big surprise there, but from the snippets shown it very much looks like it builds on TNO. SQUEEE!!! ;)

PAID MODS MK II...

More info needed... seems slightly better thought out than the last clusterfuck... will wait and see
I don't care about most of AAA releases & announcements, but regardless, this year's E3 has overall been surprisingly enjoyable. In particular, kudos to Microsoft for keeping BS to a minimum and bombarding us with games back to back.

...and I'll pretend EA never happened.

Ori 2 looked downright spectacular, god I hope Nordic is publishing it.
Screw all them new games. Xbox One gets original Xbox backward compatibility later this year...and the first game mentioned is Crimson Skies!

Looking forward to Forza 7 too, in all these years Forza has never disapointed.
Wolf 2, Evil Within 2, Cuphead, not bad.
I'm not paying any attention to E3 this year. It's obviously going to be mostly about consoles, which I don't give a crap about, VR, which I don't give a crap about and AAA games that I won't be able to run, and even if I were will be locked behind Origin or Steam or Uplay. And honestly, I doubt I'll regret those much. Cuphead finally having a release date is probably the most interesting news for me that this event will produce, but I guess it's up in the air whether even that will get a DRM-free release.

The Last Night, which I was already aware about for a while. Nothing else caught my eye.
Hyped for Evil Within 2! First was my GotY for 2014. Only saw a few snippets of actual gameplay but it looks like it's going to be chaotic.
Good idea, watching threads like this is better than trying to endure the cringefest.
hmm, apart from Last Night and Wolfenstein nothing really exciting yet (hopefully If the fauxtroversy that some morons tries to create about the former wont hurt the game). Metro could also be nice too, but nice enough to buy it here not nice enough to buy it Denuvo'ed on Steam.
A few more things that popped up (unsurprisingly mostly indie):
Tunic - I've seen mention of this before. If this is going to play anywhere near as well as it looks I'm sold.
Griftlands - This Klei title looks to be way more up my alley, whatever the actual gameplay may consist of, than Oxygen Not Included.
Wargroove - Chucklefish's take on Advance Wars in fantasy clothing. Still seems to be a bit early to form any opinion on this, but it looks like they're on the right track.

Wreckfest - THQ Nordic seems to have partnered up with Bugbear to help them finish the game. Not sure whether this has anything to do with E3, but this is still relatively good news. That may also create the possibility of it releasing here as well.

This is the only game I'm looking forward to.

Yeah, I just watched the dev forced to apologize for wanting equality and accountability but supporting the wrong labels championing those causes. What a pathetic industry gaming has become.
