Tauto: Well, someone at Gog should of mentioned it.What about your other statement in post 23?

Jacob_1994: For some reason the game will shut my computer down if I try to play any of the modes. Don't know why yet
That is not good.

On top of that I can't download the soundtrack for some reason, there is no name for it even though its listed with 84MB.

Maybe someone at GOG can look at these problems and explain.Or maybe the DEVS could come in here and explain.

Tauto: You,umm like to point that fact/fiction out or did I misread the part that says achievements?
avatar
Jacob_1994: He made a one star review stating the same fact even though its not true.
yeah, that's what I do. I will rate 1 star every game im interested in that have no achievements while there are achievements for the same game on steam.

if there are achievements for this game, someone should add that info to the store page. I'm guessing the devs are too lazy for that. :/

eiii: The game looks good, but unfortunately it seems to lack a proper simulation engine. And that for a price of $50 and perhaps another $50 for some map packs... quite disappointing.
it's not worth buying the game now anyway. there seems to have enough bugs and problems at the moment. and based on the (half-working)games made by the same devs, who knows if they even going to fix anything, ever. :/

Looking at the store page is seems like the achievements were added at some point during the last 13 hours - on a weekend, I'd like to point out. I hope that this improved the quality of the game for you and other achievement hunters. However next time you write a review please consider looking at a game as a whole, rather than laser-focusing on a single aspect that could lose all relevancy over the course of 2 days. If you think there are features missing you can always contact support about it.

(My sincere apologies to GOG's support team. I feel like I've just stabbed you in the collective backs...)
50 euros this game. It must be a joke, same price as AAA game. Just wait for the game to decrease his value.

Thanks for the hint. I did not realize that Grand Ages: Medieval, which also looks good but lacks gameplay, is from the same developer.

It's not bad. Looks good and plays good. Can't say how Grand Ages compares on technical level.

there's also "Port Royale 3" and "Patrician IV" that were made by the same devs.

I have reported my 1 star review related to achievements, so it can be deleted by the admins, hopefully.

Now you can all sleep well. cheers! ;)

sorry friend, but I expect devs to have every feature available for us here that are available for steam users. if they don't add achievements here but add them for steam, that is pure disrespect. therefor the feeling is mutual and I rate their game 1 star. it's not my job to contact anyone anywhere. it's for the devs to do their job, pure and simple.

in this case, I was too quick. but even then, the info about achievements should've been there on the store page at release of the game.
