Grimoire ;)
Yandere Simulator

That, Project Zomboid, and Grim Dawn. The last 2 have already been listed here by others.

Where's my Shadow Warrior 2 ? :/
Night in the Woods

That's the one Kickstarter game I'm really waiting for. Hope we will see a release in 2016.
While I sometimes take a look at games that are still in development if I find them interesting, I usually don't really follow them much / very closely. Mainly because I'd rather avoid getting disappointed if the game gets dropped or never gets really finished and released as a buggy piece of crap. And with Early-Access, I might get bored of it before it even gets finished (possibly even missing out on the better parts that might get added later down the road)

I'd rather focus on games that are released / about to get a release than the ones still way too early in their development cycle.

Vythonaut: Generally, I don't follow any games that are still in development. Not even the ones that interest me more such as Divinity 2 or Tides of Numenera. I'm just waiting for them to get released when the time comes. :)
If I'm honest, Project Zomboid is the only game I'm really following, as in once a week I check up on its progress. The other titles I keep in the back of head, and every now and again I check up on them. I think the difference is because I actually played PZ and put some serious hours into it. Even though it was clear that the game was far from finished, it was still a lot of fun, up and until I got bored with it. So now I check up on it every week because I am in a position to judge whether or not I think the updates/changes will make the game more fun for me , or at least, fun for longer.
FreeOrion and hmm, very occasionally this and that but cannot really call that following.

And I think Transcendence is essentially done, but it continues to receive updates:

Looks like it is fully released on Steam, and it does look like the kind of game I'm looking for. Might have to check it out sometime.

Also, you avatar, is, is that Snake Logan?

Or, how about games you're interested in, that's still technically in development, but that you don't have much hope for?

For me, that would be 0ad. It's what Age of Empires 3 was supposed to be.

Joking aside, waiting for those games was really good. Especially considering the end product didnt match my expectations. I wish I could reverse time and still be in process of waiting them..

New games that i am waiting for are...

* Master Of Orion,
* Torment: Tides of Numenera (already bought it)
* Divinity: Original Sin 2, (bought that one too)
* Mass Effect 4: Andromeda (or something close. If they fucked that up too I swear i will buy Bioware from EA and make them my personal slaves. )

Ok I guess that was it.

Torment : Tides of Numenera
I don't really "follow" any games, I'm just waiting for some to be released. Among those are:

Lancelot's Hangover because it looks like fun.

Camelot Unchained I don't like MMOs, but it's been ages since I played one, and the setting in this one looks interesting to me.

Masquerada I'd rather it was turn based, but it still looks fun, with nice graphics and somewhat unique setting.

Midnight at the Celestial Palace- looks like a lot of old-school adventure game fun.

Dudebro™ — My Shit Is Fucked Up So I Got to Shoot/Slice You II: It’s Straight-Up Dawg Time- do I really need to explain this one?

Indeed, it's Snake Logan. :-)

And from what I understand, the Transcendence base game is free, but there are some extra optional 'modules' that you can purchase:
