Section updated: Don't forget about your gamer friends that may not know GOG.com yet! Sadly, for the sake of unburdening what servers we have, we had to turn off the option for gifting free games. But you can always just let them know they can sign up with GOG.com and claim a free gift of Fallout, Fallout 2, and Fallout Tactics. On top of that, when they register to our service, they'll receive all the 12 free games we add to all the newly-created accounts. That way your friends will start their adventure with GOG.com with a collection of 15 great games total already on their virtual shelves! Be kind, share the good news! :-)

We'd also like to remind you, that all purchases on GOG.com are now covered with our new 30-day Worldwide Money Back Guarantee, so your holiday gaming shopping spree is safer than it ever was before.

Well, today's bundle is a miss, but tomorrow looks better. I'll either end up with all of Wing Commander, or I'll finally see Strike Suit Zero at a price low enough to feel it's worth purchasing and get Independence War as a good supplemental (aside from it not being compatible with Windows 8. Dear god, Windows 8 SUCKS).
Again, nothing for me...only Pigs and Ms. Reed missing...and that will not change today.
But tomorrow looks promising.

Ghorpm: [..]It means that significantly less people own games from the first bundle and as I said: they are willing to try those game if they can buy them cheap.
Ok, that's quite a good point.
I mostly think, anyway, that many people just saw the titles and then.. "Wooo Pirates! Voted!" :P
Well, I hope that pack2 will be offered again in the future.
0_0, 12 hours ago I put all wing commander games in my wishlist and now it seems its going to come tomorrow as the next community deal. Should I also prepare to buy Freespace 1 and 2 to appear as recommended deal?

Wallet is not safe...
I got Deux Ex 2 in my personal deal for 75% OFF. Is it worth the $2.49? I would not buy it for the full price but I am on the fence on this offer. I have read the reviews. I have DE 1 already in my backlog and remember playing a demo years ago.
I just grabbed Sail, Trade and Plunder Pack. There miles of seas waiting to explore :)
Just grabbed Corsairs Gold and Port Royale, the two games I did not have from the "Sail, trade and plunder pack." and "The Book of Unwritten Tales" from my "Daily surprise" at 80% off, 3.99 instead of 19.99.

I was thinking that this sale had been good for my wallet as there has been days where I did not purchase anything but my GOG spreadsheet disagree: I've purchase 26 games so far for a total of $52.67.

And I've also spent nearly $20 dollars in the Steam sale. Kerbal Space Program is currently in their flash sale and although I want it, I won't get it as I've set myself two limits per games: Minimum 50% off AND less than $11. KSP only meet one of those requirement.
I got The Cat Lady as my daily surprise, so picked that one up! :-) The community deal bundles so far seem to focus mainly on rpgs and strategy games. The Pirates bundle definitely looks interesting, but I think I'm gonna give it a miss, already picked up bunch of strategy games in the 4x4 bundle.

Now I would definitely pick up an adventure game bundle if it came along *hint hint GOG* ;-)

CarrionCrow: Should be five, I think. Tomorrow's deal will in all likelihood be the pirate-themed bundle, then there's Monday through Friday. I would be surprised if they posted a vote for a Saturday community bundle, since that will probably be the final day recap. But yes, it does appear that they showed all the recommended deals during the mid-point. Definitely hoping for further variety in the community items. Already picked up all the probable items from the recommended side of things that looked interesting during the midpoint.
Yes, you were right. Sadly with tomorrow's Deals revealed we're now down to four days of hoping.
anyone know if 'Stacking' has showed up as one of the three gift boxes for anyone? I was able to get Costume Quest for 2.99, so I was curious about the other Double Fine games...

DX2 is an okay game. It's just that DX1 is an excellent game. If you don't play DX2, you're not missing a lot.

I've been wanting to pick up the Bloodrayne games for a while now also, but they never seem to go on sale for 75-80% off which is about the pricepoint where I'll likely grab them eventually. I'm patient though. :)

Ever manage to get ahold of it? I've been hoping for another deal on Sam and Max like the one I found for the first season. Lightning isn't striking twice on that, though.

Foxy, skeleton, check your PM's when you see this, please.
