I would wipe every murderer, rapist, corrupt and greedy politician, bankster, dictator, etc from the face of the earth, body, soul and all.

Those who are excessively selfish and ambitious and seek to dominate and harass their brethren, will be humiliated and made servants. The authority and power would be bestowed upon the individuals, who do not wish or strive for it.

Goods would be redistributed evenly, away from the hoarders and fat cats to the poor and common people.
