Giveaway closed!

Well, it's going to be that time of the year again where I'm getting officially a year older. So I thought, in good old GOG tradition, I'll make a giveaway :) Please read the following very carefully!


Requirements: min. 1rep and joined before december2013.

To enter: Pick 1 game from the list below for someone other than yourself. Please post the gamename in bold and link me to a post of the person you are entering for. Please note, that each person can only be entered once and posts with an entry are not permitted to be edited! Once you make a choice it's final, so think carefully ;P Also, please tell me why this person should win/play that particual game.

Once you have entered for someone you are allowed to tell everyone which game you would have liked to win, but only then! If you do it before you will be disqualified! More than one entry for someone will disqualify them and the poster that didn't play by the rules!

I nominate ggf162 for Dragon Age Origins: Ultimate Edition since in This post/thread he was wondering whether to get DA:O or TA and ended up with the latter since the sale on DA:O ran out before he could pull the trigger. I also happen to think it's an awesome game and since he's interested in it, I feel he should experience the goodness therein.

I don't want any of the games on the list, just wanted to nominate ggf162.

I am in for Chimerical to win The Dig on Steam because I know for a fact that is the only reason he will ever use Steam ever again ;-) Plus I have had a ton of fun playing his recent GA!

I nominate Momo for The Walking Dead: Season 2! She seems like she enjoys a good story, and if she gets it and doesn't have Season 1, then she'll be inspired to play TWO great games! Win-win :D

All right, put me down for The Walking Dead: Season 2 for Ovaltine Jenkins

I am choosing this because:

a) he seems to go through quite a number of games (see link). Chances are that he'll actually play it.
b) he's clearly a fan of adventure games - note the avatar and there's a bunch of adventure games in his 2013 list.
c) he presumably enjoys Telltale's games - he finished Episode 1 of Wolf Among Us twice.
d) He's already played The Walking Dead: 400 Days, so he's all ready to play the second season.

I hope he hasn't already prepurchased the game D:

23rd mainly likes strategy games, perhaps a rpg will apatise that itch. Plus the game is new.

In the interests of this not being misconstrued in any untoward way, what would have, in better circumstances, been an entry for you-know-whom shall be duly blanched, with just a brief note of thanks to our good host for the well-conceived if not quite smoothed out giveaway.
