Bolek: Does it have co-op?

Yep, there is co-op there. When you start a new campaign you can choose between single and co-op mode :)
I got this when it first came out. It is really good fun and, if you like Judge Dredd, definitely worth the asking price on GOG.
Fighting and arresting people never stops being fun. If you can arrest them before they manage to fire Dredd brings them in for some really funny crimes, like "owning a goldfish without a license".
The main trouble with the game is the over-reliance on zombies and vampires. Unlike the arrestable criminals these guys get boring fast, and baffingly they are on ALMOST EVERY LEVEL. In fact, the only level that doesn't feature any undead at all is the demo level, which is something of a tease. There are a few good levels with them (the zombie-infested mall is great) but they are completely over-used and basically ruin what could have been a pretty great game.

TheCheese33: I don't get it. Is this some 2000AD speak? I never read the comic books, never saw that Judge Dredd movie. I played a bit of Rogue Trooper when I was a GameTap subscriber, but that's all the experience I've had with it.

rewsan: No, the game page has been going a bit crazy. It was saying Coming Soon - 4018 days at one point.

Oh, okay.
co-op sounds bad ass.

Is GOG running out of games?
As another said, this is neither good nor old...

I usually like to consider it old when you can't go down to your nearest computer/games store and see the game on the rack. Of course, some games probably don't last too long on the shelf, but hey, It's another DRM-free game. :D
Was Lords of the Realm 2, too much to hope for this week?
Rebellion also bought that license, hmm maybe this Thursday.
low rated
Another week, another piece of Eurotrash

Actually, it's both. 2005 is a USA release date, Europe had it in 2003 already.
And it's fun. Oh yes it is.
From what I can surmise from online reviews - the mainstream media hates it, gamer reviews are divided. Could be an underdog, could be a real dog, could be worth it.... Looks like it could be kind of fun.... 5.99$.... Added to cart, for now.

Any FPS for $5.99 is a no-brainer for me... when I have time to play it anyway.
The gaming media is hard on average FPS games, but more often than not I love them. Timeshift is a good example.

That does seem to be a frequent event, yes.
What do you say GOG? Do you suck at making links? Well, fortunately, you rock at everything else you do :-D
This looks like great, mindless fun. I will have to try the demo.
Here's to hoping Rebellion puts on their best home-made franchise Rogue Trooper on GOG, unless Eidos has the rights to it.
