I'm reasonably convinced so I think I'm gonna have to check this one out.
It looks interesting enough that it will certainly warrant a second look. Probably going to find its way into my basket, but I'll be waiting until I can fill it with more games first =)
Im glad i didn't get it from Steam. Bought it yesterday and played first mission till vampires. And so far its fun. Running after people and arresting them.
"10 years, no probation!"
I think i gift a game to one of my friensd to check out Co-op.
I just hope there is widescreen patch.

Wishbone: I've never even heard of this. Better check it out.
[EDIT] That turns out to be difficult, since the link gives me a 404 error :-(

console game.

Especially since the XBox version apparently supports widescreen.
I AM THE LAW
.....always wanted to say that. :-D

Going to add this to my wishlist after reading the thread :)

RSHabroptilus: Is GOG running out of games?
As another said, this is neither good nor old...

On PC at least, it's both good and old. It took an absolute age to get on to consoles. And it IS good, just not great!
I love this game! I'm not a big Judge Dredd comic fan, I only saw the Stalloen movie. :) But this game way better than that. The bad guys are real bad guys, mean Judge Death and the Dark Judges and the other bosses, creatures.
I got the retail version, but maybe I buy the GOG version too 'cause the extras and the disk free playing. :)
"I am the Law!"
I remember reading that a lot of work was put into making the game visuals feel more like a comic with the colours and lighting, and keeping MC1 to the fore with the architecture and backdrops, and of course the citizens and myriad nods to the setting. Rebellion certainly did an okay job of all that.
The demo was ultimately a big disappointment, though. The actual gameplay was bland and forgettable, and nonsense like the product placement baked into the levels and opening cutscene put me off.
Co-op is the only thing which could tempt me. IIRC, the whole storyline can be played that way, so if anyone would care to report back on that (and whether it makes that game significantly better), I'd be interested to hear.
This game is really bad. One of the most boring FPS I've ever played, competing with W2K Fire Warrior in my "Why did I even bother" category. Even Chaser and Chrome were a lot of fun compared to this.

I tried digging around on google, but it's hard to even find any references to the game at all...
I didn't see any config files to attempt editing either.

Huh, I heard it was really bad. Not quite the good old game I was hoping for. Speaking of games from comics, I would really want Rogue Trooper, because Rogue is a badass. Anyway.

Actually, it's good fun; give ir a try and prepare to be surprised.
Also, I think that if JD sales are good enough, we'll get Rogue Trooper as well.
How long is the single player mode?
Even average FPS games tend to be pretty fun, unless you get all snobby about them. I even was able to enjoy fire warrior.
Might pick this up as I always meant to try it... even an average FPS with Dredd would rock.
