To request a serial, follow the link in the first post of this thread, select "multiplayer key request" from the dropdown menu, and fill in anything else you think they need to know (such as asking, "How do I use my key???", since I can't help you there, having never played multiplayer). : )

You don't need to follow the link anymore!
A unique set of keys for Neverwinter Nights 2 is automatically generated on every user's account (website, not Galaxy), please click the game title, then under "more" menu please choose "serial keys" and you will access the keys. Please input it in the Multiplayer Key Changer that you can find in the Start menu, or in Galaxy, under MORE -> Multiplayer Key Changer.

I downloaded the 3 links off store page. It told me "installer parts were missing" or something like that. Downloading NWN1 and 2 has been really weird for me.

So for NWN2, you downloaded the three files.
Setup.exe & two files with a .bin extension.
Have you got your operating system setup to show extensions, & are the other two files shown as .bin?
Some browsers change the extension to .zip or .rar & that stops the installation.

Or are you having trouble with the multiplayer keys?

They use the right extension. I've downloaded them like 3 times each I think. I'm redownloading the third part now. I feel like all my downloads have been all delayed and had to be restarted. Its weird.

Ok so I downloaded all three files for nwn 1 and am still unsure of where to get a cd key, also, does it not come with a folder or anything? Mostly just need another cd key but not quite sure how to get it.

Go here, and where it says "problem type" , select multiplayer key request. The email with the keys will have instructions.

Does the key get sent to you in an email? Why isn't the key just listed on everyone's account like for Neverwinter Nights 2 and other games on GOG?

It was released before the automated key system was in place. IIRC, GOG made some noises that they were going to add all games to the automated system. They have done at least one so far.
