They're idiots if they think they are taking a stand against company decisions they resent by downloading a mod to "fix it", not by virtue of buying and playing this or whichever game.

So then your other post was a lie, you do have a problem. So then - what is the problem? You cant get the mods you want? And which company are blocking you from download the mod, exactly?

No problem getting mods. The issue is pretending it's some kind of protest while still supporting the game. Just be honest about it.

Thank you for that video I had watched it before and wanted to share it with a friend but couldn't work out where I had found it but you posted it before.

I would applaud if a game company made sex a slider where you could make a masculine female or a feminine male. But that would require courage...

Type x doesn't really do it for me though it's a meaningless category name to avoid using the real and understood category name.

Not sure what this has to do with the fact that the 2006 original Oblivion had you chose between the clearly and instantly distinguishable female and male sex/gender (by way of calling them by their defined terms) while, in the 2025 remake the two options are replaced with ambiguous abstractions that, without a visual reference for context can mean anything and ultimately, nothing.

To be fair game characters could be barbie dolls and have smooth areas and it wouldn't change much :)

Considering that AFAIK Oblivion has mods that change the body type but you have to select one for all men to use and one for all women to use... Maybe you can add a feminine type 3, feminine type 4, masculine type 5... I think I can see the possible applications now.

Do i resent the company decision ? Yes, it's bullshit, thus the bullshit devaluation rate.

Is that a problem ? No, i control the coin that sponsors, or not, the bullshit.

Mods ? Won't need any, i take responsabnility for my actions and i know that the only way to take a stand is to withold money, downloading a mod achieves exacylt nothing as far as sending a message is concerned.

Now, first and last heads up, imply ever again that i lie and we're going to have a big fucking problem on our hands.

Hm. Another incredibly succesful "woke" game. What happened to go woke go BrOkE?

Also, I am very surprised a woke, Steam-exclusive game has been discussed for 10 pages already on the GOG forums. With all the G*mer chuds around here, I am amazed.

I finally have a rig capable of playing this at high settings, but I'll have to wait for it to become non-Steam-exclusive. Also, a price drop would be appreciated. Nostalgia might conquer me though...must...stay...away...from Steam...

And no one, except some very triggered people, is claiming that this is about being trans or intersex. There are two body types, they are cosmetic, and you choose either one you like.

If it were trans- or intersex-friendly, there would be at least three body types. There aren’t; it’s a strict binary. This has nothing to do with any agenda, apart from the one you yourself are projecting onto it.
