ciemnogrodzianin: Don't you think that release of Crisis Remastered may result in delisting legacy version from GOG?
No. More realistically, since the remaster is now an Epic exclusive, I don't see why it would be imperative to remove the old game anywhere. Maybe when the exclusivity period is up, they'll fold the old version into a package offer with the remaster, assuming it comes to GOG at all.

Just a heads-up that due to the Devotion backlash Hot TIn Roof: The Cat That Wore a Fedora is being removed. If you're still inclined to get it, it's 75% off now.

I read those tweets and I have no idea what any of it means.

Which ones are the good guys and which ones are the bad guys, so that I can be offended properly?

And so GOG (CD Projekt) bends the knee to their Chinese money overlords. Pathetic.

It's pathetic for any company to be bending the knee to West Taiwanese due to "huge" market and satisfying their pathetic "ideals". Grow some balls and sell the game here.
OK I studied up, and surprise, it's GOG that are the bad guys.

West Taiwan! Now I get it.

Reading up on Wikipedia, there was apparently some reference to the Winnie the Pooh meme on a talisman in the scenery somewhere that was actually a placeholder that wasn't meant to be in the final game, and was subsequently patched out.
You'd think no big deal, but China has large troll factories.

Also, review scores well over 80/100.

Yes GOG. Release it here. I won't wait for a sale for this one! Reply to Devotion is coming to GOG on Dec. 18th! and vote on the community wishlist. (844 votes already, add yours!)

I am calling China as West Taiwan snarkily after with some shit happening in the VTubers/Hololive scene, where two of its members, Coco and Hachaama pulled out Google statistics and mentioned Taiwan by name and many Chinese attacked her to the point of not being online for 3 weeks. And even 2 months after that, they still attack them.

I will do my part of upvoting the wishlist, because fuck censorship.

Man O' War: Corsair - Warhammer Naval Battles and DLC are being removed from Steam due to license issues, will most likely be removed from GOG as well:

Mind giving the brief details? How do you fuck up the license in three years? And it felt like it was In Dev for most of that time.

I ask because I'm curious and a little bummed - it was on of those games in a style / genre I like but always sort of "forgot about" or had other games that were more of a priority at the time.

It just seems a short (and short sighted) timeframe to have issues with your major licensed IP within a couple years of release - didn't realize you could lease an IP on the cheap, rather than properly license it for more than a handful of years ;) Woulda been nice if they let their potential customers know.
