_Auster_: I wouldn't be surprised if
NIS America's entire catalogue would be at risk, since they could think "GOG doesn't sell". And it doesn't sell because they threw away the regional pricing for most of their titles on GOG, and ignore anyone that asks them about it.
They are using regional pricing but not the "cheap ones", for example Brazil and their "needs". They could worry less regarding cheap regional pricing, because the biggest customers base on GoG is from the US and Europe, it seems.
Brazil, China and whatelse... those with very "cheap regional pricing", they are already "stuck on Steam" it seems and it seems very difficult moving those customers away from Steam. Although the Chinese do not enjoy DRM a lot, they simply use a Steam-emulator... or even a crack at some point (they are used to cracking, this is totally normal for them), issues solved. Brazil is almost same mentality such as Chinese i assume, so same matters apply there.
So, yeah... GoG is currently mainly serving US and Europe-customers who might not be that critical regarding regional pricing, yet they enjoy a "clean game" (cracked stuff is not their thing). However, US offers are usually priced exactly the same (compared to other platforms)... while other nations from Europe are rather with worse price (my country for example).
I do not worry regarding delisting from NIS because their western-customer base is sufficiently strong; yet.. the conditions in general are not that great, with unknown future. It can only become better at least!
Indeed, i would enjoy to see Disgaea on GoG with good pricing too, this would put NIS into a better light and they may regain some of the currently damaged rep.
