I guess purchase and download it while you can in case Konami replaces the scenes with crayon animations or something.
Wtf? Why do games have time limited licenses.. imagine movies doing like this..

This link is broken IF you open it from GOG.com, don't ask why (and it's not the only one example to my knowledge).

Edit: I was stupid, the link doesn't work because the last "/" symbol was moved outside of URL during transition. It's a bug specific for GOG website engine.

Another surprise delisting for today. No mention of MGS 2, and it's still up, but the staff is awake so last chance to grab both games I guess.
A news article on Metal Gear Solid games losing their historical footage license over on Eurogamer:

Metal Gear Solid games pulled from sale over historical footage licenses

"Intellectual property" is a global scam, and the laws are written by scammers.

First and foremost, this comment is meant to be informative and should be on topic with this thread, but it involves politics. I asked a moderator and it should be fine, but since politics tend to cause flaming, please avoid commenting it further here. If you want, you can discuss in the Reddit post I'm linking below. Anyways, according to this Reddit post, China is limiting what Tencent can do, from no longer updating existing games to not releasing new games.

Since Tencent owns most of Riot, if China's decision affects Tencent internationally, Riot's games getting released here on GOG could be a risk.

The games at risk should be:
Hextech Mayhem: A League of Legends Story™
Ruined King: A League of Legends Story™
CONV/RGENCE: A League of Legends Story™
Song of Nunu: A League of Legends Story™

Thanks for the news, that's certainly an interesting development, considering that Tencent owns something like 100% of Riot as well as large shares in many other developers around the world.

I haven't read the entire SCMP article which is the basis for this Reddit post (since most of it is behind a paywall) but a quick Google search has led me to a Reuters news article that's free:
https://www.reuters.com/technology/tencent-says-its-apps-remain-functional-available-download-2021-11-24/

According to this article, the Chinese government isn't preventing Tencent from uploading new apps / updating old ones, buit rather, they force every update or new app to go through a "roughly seven-day-long review" (compare the SCMP headline "China suspends Tencent from updating existing apps or launching new apps"). No idea which of these two sources is correct, we'll have to wait and see.

We’d like to inform you Disney The Jungle Book is being delisted from our catalog November 25th, 2021, 15:00 CET due to the publisher's request.
Likely because it'll be rereleased as a DLC for another game.

That quoted post seems like it may be conflating apples & oranges.

What exactly is a "Tencent app"? According to a few articles I've read online, it doesn't seem to be talking about PC games, such as the ones you've listed.
Cave Story's Secret Santa

From the store page:
It's our holiday gift to you: Cave Story's Secret Santa, a new game you can download for a limited time and play for FREE!
I'd imagine that means the game won't be claimable after a certain date, but in case GOG decides to do the same as Timberborn Demo, where both the aforementioned demo and the Cave Story special are free contents and a mod said GOG is fine with removing free contents from everyone's accounts, it's worth backing the game up too.

I played better games on Java and Symbian back in mid 2000's on my mobile phone, so why even bother with that game.

You disliking something doesn't mean everyone dislikes it as well.

And besides, this post is about games at risk of getting removed from the catalogue (and since we're in a supposedly DRM free store, I'd say preservation too). This post is not about suggestions of what to play next.
