Crimzon Clover: World Ignition

Remaster releasing in December: https://steamcommunity.com/games/285440/announcements/detail/2889612576939475395
Corpse Party

Remake announced.

Dev says (comment #15):
I don't think there are any plans to delist the old version, it has its own unique things and is from a different company after all.
While he does state that, there are some things to note:
- "I don't think" doesn't imply guarantee, only that it is not planned now
- The publisher or other higher ups could delist the game in fear of the new version losing sales since the old one is still up (and will likely be cheaper, since remakes tend to be more expensive)

Oh great, we're going to end up with another Guacamelee situation.
Killing Time: https://www.gog.com/game/killing_time

Sounds like the game could be using stolen code from the version from another store, according to this comment:

Allegations made years ago. Ironically, the store that made these allegations no longer sells the game.

From what I read, they still had the rights to sell the game, but Ziggurat pulled a Ziggurat on them.
Skyshine's BEDLAM Redux! (and probably its DLC and deluxe edition too)

According to a developer on Steam, the Steam version is getting delisted on November 8th, 2021, at 10 am PST.

If one takes the post ipsis verbis,
"Skyshine’s Bedlam will no longer be available for sale or license by Versus Evil after November 8th"
i'm reading that the issue may be the publisher,
maybe the contract is over or maybe it will simply change publisher.

it could fall either way (simple publi change or disapear for ever,
but it is a very weird way to write it like that.

Sorry for snips in text, never quite sure if i can post/repost links.

Maybe they'll start selling the game again under a new appid and with a new publisher, but there isn't much information to work with in the original post, so I can only guess what will happen after. (But since one of the possibilities is the game getting delisted from everywhere, still worth keeping an eye for it here)
btw are these removed games still get updates on gog?

Depends on the developer/publisher. The Long Dark is still getting updates.

I got to hand it to the Long Dark devs: They probably pulled the game because of that Linko thing (at least the timing would indicate as much), but I have to appreciate the way they handled it. A) They didn't make a fuzz about it, so whatever their reason, it comes off as more sincere than, say what the "The Gamers" people did (which really had a stench of cheap marketing stunt for Twitter good boy points about it) and B) they still support the gog version, which means they punish gog without punishing the people who bought their game on gog. It really is a sad state of affairs that The Long Dark (which I fully believed would cease support when it was pulled), despite no longer making any money here, provides better support than a lot of games that are still readily sold.

Well, probably GOG should've apologised to them. I wanted to buy The Long Dark here :/
