Games currently discounted that were mentioned in this thread in this past 8~9 months, as well as a short version of why they are at risk:

Majesty 2 Collection (75% off) and Dread Templar (10% off), due to this rumor

Dead Space (75% off), since a remaster/remake is being developed.

Black Tower Entertainment's titles on GOG (all non-free titles are 50% off), since the publisher was banned from Steam.

While likely not at risk any time soon, The Smurfs - Mission Vileaf appears to be a licensed game, and contracts of licensed games usually last only a few years (and besides, the original right holders could remove the game whenever they feel like, if the contract allows it).

The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance Tactics

At risk because it's a licensed game and the IP belongs to Netflix, which is already pulling everything related to Stranger Things (another of their IPs) from all storefronts and is working on a game streaming service (in a company's perception, unlike DRM free contents, streaming service = more market control = more money to be milked).

Stranger Things delisting coincided with its removal from Xbox's GamePass service. Dark Crystal is scheduled to be removed September 15th from that same service, so from now till the day before then will probably be everyone's last chance to buy it.
Kinda of a weird one:
Saint Kotar: The Yellow Mask was announced as getting delisted from Steam yesterday (September 10): https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/868770/view/2957165219743350310
Now the game here on GOG, which was originally free, appears as "coming soon" now, but it's still in my account and the files can still be downloaded.
Also, its DLC, Saint Kotar: Supporter Pack, can still be bought.

And when a demo was retroactively removed from everyone's accounts, a GOG moderator said "Rest assured, this will never happen with a full game". Now, does Saint Kotar: The Yellow Mask count as a full game? The announcement on Steam says "The reason: The Yellow Mask does not represent the level of quality Saint Kotar (the full game) has now."
Hopefully I'm overthinking it, but the free game and the paid DLC being part of an "incomplete" product, and not a full one, might mean whomever wants to secure the game may need to download everything and keep the back ups safe.

The fact that there's paid content in the form of the Supporter Pack associated/integrated with the Yellow Mask's product entry would make it impossible (from a legal standpoint at least) for GoG to remove it from people's libraries.
I guess it'd still be possible if they decoupled the Supporter Pack from the Prologue and made them into separate and independent product entries, but that'd be a little too excessive and therefore unlikely to happen.
Might be a whole different story for people who hadn't got and don't plan to get the Supporter Pack and have just the free Prologue sitting in their library.
I don't see a discussion thread about it, but Legend of Grimrock 1 and 2 are being removed from GOG according to the frontpage. Bad news, everybody.

They not being removed from sale, that "last chance" is just for the low special offer price. They had the same thing with Bards Tale 4 yesterday.
Oh. In that case it's a very confusing note, which strongly implies that the games are being removed.

"This is your last chance to grab those deals before they are gone for good!" does not imply the games are leaving. It literally says the deals (i.e. discounts) will be gone. And honestly? They'll be back by December, most likely.

If a game is getting removed from the platform and GOG is allow to notify users, they'll do a thread like the Stranger Things one linked above.
It's rare when it happens because for whatever weird reason publishers don't want potential customers to know.
They won't use the store homepage to advertise a games removal.

Dark Crystal leaves GamePass in three hours (6AM Eastern Time, US) so we'll see if it gets immediately taken down or not. If it remains up, still doesn't mean it's safe. Could vanish in a couple days or a week later.
I'll be monitoring the situation.
Another weird one:

Fantasy General, Pacific General as well as War Wind & War Wind II: Human Onslaught are now available over on the other platform too, but with SNEG as the publisher instead of GoG.

So in case publishers are in fact in the process of being switched around, the original digital re-releases of the above titles might get delisted on GoG, if only just for the brief transition period of the publishing rights to be finished?

Since SNEG is already here it will be rather a change on the game card.

It also means some more "General" games may appear in the future.
