I'm holding off to see what the bonuses are. I'm very curious about most of the games in it, but my gut (and backlog) is telling me that if I'm not experiencing a slam-dunk "I WANT IT!" reaction, maybe I should pass over it, which kind of makes me sad since this would be first HIB I forgo.
Linux Reus? oh hell yea!

The rest I'm a bit "meh" on, but Linux Reus is one I've been wanting for awhile.
I noticed a disappointing trend with soundtracks in the HumbleBundles. They don't tell you what format they are available in. Before in the early days, they'd make the icons clickable so it showrf you a description of the format. I e-mailed their support about this. The bundles are increasingly releasing lossy .mp3s now. It isn't worth it without FLAC as an option.

When did they start doing that? The previous bundles i got from them all had Mp3 and Flac options....

That's strange, what bundles are you talking about? Out of all the 24 Soundtracks that I received from my 3 latest bundles (PC and Android 7+8, Indie Bundle 9), 19 of them sport FLAC options.
Alan Wake's American Nightmare MP3
Bard's Tale MP3
Basement Collection MP3
Cave Story MP3/OGG
DEFCON MP3
Darwinia MP3
Gemini Rue MP3
Hector: Badge of Courage MP3
Orcs Must Die MP3
Rock of Ages MP3
Shadowgrounds MP3
Shadowgrounds Survivor MP3
Torchlight OGG/MP3
Trine MP3
Trine 2 Complete Story MP3
Zeno Clash MP3
Zeno Cash 2 MP3

No FLAC files. It used to all be FLAC and MP3 options before. Of the 84 that I have through the bundles more of the latest releases are non-FLAC.

I'm discovering that the best way to get them in FLAC is through the Game Bundles offers that show up periodically.

DrYaboll: Oh dont get so worked up about it - it got sold out in like 1min.

IMO
Lets be honest, 1000 copies on HB is nothing. Therefore its easy to figure out that their goal wasnt to sell this meaningless number, but to use it as a publicity stunt (I mean, the game isnt even finished, it wouldnt make any sense to go humble bundle all the way, as they'd lose a lot of potential sales).
I think they were using that to boost the average up as high as possible on the first day.

I wouldnt exactly say increasingly. I have a goodly number of their soundtracks even if i dont buy the games and i'd say 85-90% are still FLAC
Thinking about it. I already have To The Moon on GOG. Joe Danger 2 would be nice (though I've heard the original is better), and Papa & Yo mildly interests me.

If they add Joe Danger 1 and/or Rogue Legacy and/or Gone Home I'll be sold.

Check PM for Joe Danger 2... just for the hell of it :)

I'm wondering if they added Joe Danger 2 to drive sales of the first one. Seems a bit odd to leave it out of the actual bundle. If they don't add JD1 as a bonus, I guess we can consider this suspicion confirmed. A lot of publishers are exploiting the completionist urges of gamers at the moment to drive sales - look at the Origin Bundle (no Dead Space 2, no Crysis 1) and the WB Bundle (Batman games - including DLC - to drive sales of Arkham Origins, Mortal Kombat Kollektion to drive sales of the 2011 Komplete Edition).

And we all know that they added Runner2 as a teaser for the rest of the BIT.TRIP series, which is being prominently advertsed on the Humble Store right now.

By the way, it's worth being in mind that the offices of Hello Games were recently flooded as a result of the storms in the UK, and they lost more or less EVERYTHING in the way of equipment and furniture as a result, and their insurance won't cover it. I don't reckon that the inclusion of Joe Danger has anything to do with that (the inclusion was probably planned a bit before that), and the bundle inclusion was probably intended to fund their upcoming game No Man's Sky, but it's certainly worth bearing in mind if you wish to support them.

I hope for Spelunky and Guacamelee, Outlast would be very good too.

I'm personally hoping for a game that isn't available on GOG.

I wanna those because they are on my wishlist, I already BTA, so basically I can grab them for free, with a DRM free version included.
I cant see Spelunky or Outlast being a surprise addition. Both of those should be a bundle proper...not as a bonus imho. the other one?. not so sure....
