JediEagle: I played the first Halo on PC, it was fun, but it doesnt deserve the popularity it has.
No you did not. Halo was never released for PC. Sure you can buy something labeled "Halo" and install it and run it on a PC, but it is not Halo.
Crysis. What an absolute turd of a game. I didn't even finish it. Braindead AI, ridiculously stupid story, just a pointless waste of system resources.

I have a distaste of adventure games. There are exceptions, or maybe it’s just I need to be in a very rare mood for them but I just can’t stomach myself playing through them most of the time. I’ve tried to like Halo, I don’t hate it but I can only play it for a very short amount of time before losing interest forever.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfail 2

I just don't get it. Graphics are bad, animation - sub-par, singleplayer - boring, multiplayer - boring and unbalanced... This game has no good elements, they all are boring and mediocre. Not to mention Nazi-style lies about Russians in this game. Seriously, this was ridiculous and outrageous.

On a positive side, Kotick sacked the Nazi fuckers of Infinity Ward and took their money.

Actually, I rarely hate games, unless they're completely messed up.
a lot of mine have been said already.
Hate the Gran Turismo series.

I hate the Civ series (from what I've played anyway, which is Civ 3 and Civ Revolutions). I don't know why exactly, I just don't think they are fun. Maybe it's the presentation/ personality of the game. I feel like I'm studying a sociology textbook more than playing a fun videogame. Or something

.A few people have said they hate adventure games. I totally hate Gabriel Knight .I love adventure games when they are funny though.

Assassin's Creed 2. I don't get it why everyone seems to rate this game high, I think it's a piece of shi...brown snow.

Call of Duty series (although the first one is a great game, I still play it time to time)

Halo 3. Tried it, facepalmed, gave it away.

Filthgrinder: For me it has to be the Halo series. I just can't stand that game at all. The whole environment of the game just seems so fake and "toy" like. It's as if everyone is running around with plastic guns going "pew pew".
Quite straightly put, I have to agree.
First of all I absolutely hate DRM.
It's terrible, it's an attack at our freedom.

Then I absolutely hate World of Warcraft.
And any mmorpg that charges you any amount of monthly fee to play the stupid game.

Then Starcraft, I don't understand why (so many) people are into it.
For instance the Warcraft III was a marvelous game.

Any sports game, they are just plain stupid.
Any racing game, the same.

Any social network like facebook and the stupid people that play farmville crap.
How can you put your intimate details for anyone too see?

Mass Effect 1 and 2.
Crysis.

And any dumbed down game (in generally console games and ports to PC).
Tricky question, indeed. Usually I don't "hate" any video game at all, I just don't "prefer" genres like driving simulators, RTS and WWII FPSes....

Well, on a second thought I fucking hate MMOGs (all of them, they shall burn in hell) and the Sims series from EA....

Diablo 2 and Baldur's gate.
Battlefield 2. The gentlemen at the game shop gave me the impression that if you owned an Xbox, it was THE shooter to have. All I got was a pretty but dull, extremely short campaign. Not even a skirmish mode, since everything's on Xbox live (which guess what? Doesn't exist anymore!)
99% of sports games, and the last 3 Halo installments. And while I don't "hate" the CoD: Modern Warfare series... they are extremely overrated. Oh and any racing game that doesn't have death/combat/explosions in it is fucking useless in my opinion (Gran Turismo, NFS, Forza, etc.) lol

Most MMO's. It's not like I hate them but even if I've played demos of a couple, they fail to pull me in and I can't help seeing them for the grinds they are. They feel like work, a work you PAY to get every month instead of get paid for doing.

Also, the fact that I'm not overly social online makes the genre fail for me. I love being able to save and come back to my games on a whim (or on the wife's whims) so I always lean towards single player games or short multiplayer matches where it doesn't rally matter if you drop out (like in Unreal Tournament).
Gears of War.
